Lindsey and Andrew Lange-Abramowitz are newlyweds, storytellers, master bread bakers, and proud residents of Jackson Heights, Queens, NY. 

Their love of Queens, the Queens Night Market, grandmas, and fried potatoes led to the delicious idea of launching Bubbe's Latkes as a food stand at the 2017 Queens Night Market.

For those of you not familiar with the term, bubbe means grandma in the Yiddish language. Like grandmothers from all cultures, bubbes are obsessed with keeping their grandkids sufficiently fed and loved.

Inspired by the comfort foods their bubbes cooked for them, Lindsey and Andrew are sharing traditional and not-so-traditional potato latkes with the community at the Queens Night Market.
